Terms & Conditions

Fidilty Now IVST is an independent digital marketing, website, SEO, paid campaign, and growth strategy service provider. We help businesses improve online visibility, website performance, campaign clarity, and lead-generation systems.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fidilty Now IVST is not a search engine, advertising platform, hosting company, payment processor, social media platform, or official representative of any third-party software, tool, marketplace, or platform referenced through our services.

By accessing our website, contacting our team, requesting a proposal, purchasing a service, approving a project, or using any deliverable, report, consultation, or digital marketing support provided by Fidilty Now IVST, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Fidilty Now IVST may provide digital marketing and growth services depending on the project scope, client requirements, and written agreement.

The exact services, deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees, and responsibilities for a project will be described in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, email approval, or other written agreement between Fidilty Now IVST and the client.

Any service not clearly included in the approved scope may be considered additional work and may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information required to complete the agreed work.

You agree that all information supplied to Fidilty Now IVST is accurate, current, and complete. Fidilty Now IVST is not responsible for delays, errors, compliance issues, rejected advertisements, incorrect website content, or campaign problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed client-provided information.

Clients may be asked to review and approve strategies, designs, content, campaign settings, reports, or other deliverables. Approval may be provided by email, message, form submission, payment, written confirmation, or other agreed communication method.

Once work is approved, later changes may be treated as additional revisions or a new scope of work.

Project timelines are estimates unless a fixed deadline is expressly agreed in writing. Timelines may change due to delayed feedback, missing materials, third-party platform issues, additional requests, technical issues, or changes in project scope.

Fidilty Now IVST will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the client, third-party platforms, hosting providers, advertising networks, search engines, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Work may require a deposit, milestone payment, monthly retainer, one-time fee, or another payment arrangement.

Independent bill information and guidance may involve a variable service fee depending on the assistance requested. Any applicable fee should be explained and accepted before paid guidance is provided.

Fidilty Now IVST may pause work, delay delivery, suspend services, or withhold final files where payments are overdue, unless prohibited by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.

Some projects may require third-party tools, platforms, or paid services that are separate from Fidilty Now IVST service fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other ad networks is separate from Fidilty Now IVST management fees.

Ad performance depends on many factors, including budget, targeting, competition, landing page quality, market conditions, platform review processes, and user behavior. Fidilty Now IVST does not guarantee specific advertising results.

SEO is influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, website history, technical conditions, content quality, backlinks, user behavior, and other factors outside our full control.

Fidilty Now IVST may work to improve search visibility, technical SEO, content structure, and website relevance, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.

Website work may include design, layout, development support, landing pages, content placement, conversion improvements, or CMS setup depending on the agreed scope.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all website content before launch, including spelling, pricing, offers, claims, contact information, policies, and legal requirements.

Fidilty Now IVST may create or assist with website copy, ad copy, landing page copy, SEO content, or marketing messaging. Client approval confirms that the content is accurate, lawful, and suitable for the client's business.

Clients are responsible for verifying regulated claims, professional claims, guarantees, testimonials, pricing, medical, financial, legal, or industry-specific language before publication.

Reasonable revisions may be included where stated in the project scope. Revisions must relate to the approved scope and be requested within the agreed review period.

Major changes in direction, new page requests, new campaign concepts, additional design versions, or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.

A client may request to cancel a service or project by contacting Fidilty Now IVST in writing. Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and final deliverables depend on the project scope, payment status, work completed, and any applicable written agreement.

Fees for completed work, time spent, strategy, consultation, setup, research, third-party costs, or non-refundable platform charges may not be refundable.

Refund eligibility is determined by the approved proposal, invoice, project stage, and nature of the service. Digital marketing work often involves strategy, labor, research, setup, and third-party coordination that may be non-refundable once work has begun.

Where a refund is approved, processing timelines may depend on the payment provider, bank, or method used for payment.

Monthly or ongoing services may include campaign management, SEO support, reporting, optimization, or consulting. Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing services renew according to the payment schedule stated in the agreement.

Cancellation or pause requests for ongoing services should be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle. Work already completed or scheduled for the active billing period may remain payable.

Some services depend on third-party platforms, including search engines, advertising networks, analytics tools, CMS platforms, hosting companies, social media platforms, email tools, or CRM systems.

For bill information and guidance, Fidilty Now IVST does not collect bill payments, access provider accounts, guarantee billing outcomes, or act on behalf of utility, telecom, internet, cable, satellite, or mobile providers.

These platforms may change policies, algorithms, pricing, access rules, review standards, features, or account status at any time. Fidilty Now IVST is not responsible for decisions, errors, outages, suspensions, rejections, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.

Where access is required, clients agree to provide appropriate account permissions and maintain secure credentials. We recommend granting role-based access where possible instead of sharing passwords.

Clients remain responsible for ownership and security of their accounts, domains, hosting, payment methods, and third-party tools.

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners. Final approved deliverables created by Fidilty Now IVST may transfer to the client after full payment, unless a different arrangement is stated in writing.

Drafts, rejected concepts, internal processes, frameworks, templates, research methods, strategy documents not included as final deliverables, and unused creative concepts remain the property of Fidilty Now IVST unless otherwise agreed.

Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing and Fidilty Now IVST agrees, we may reference completed work, general project type, non-confidential outcomes, screenshots, or client name in our portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, or internal examples.

Fidilty Now IVST will use reasonable care to protect non-public client information shared for project purposes. Clients also agree not to disclose confidential proposals, strategies, pricing, processes, or internal documents provided by Fidilty Now IVST without written permission.
